Current Builders is awarded Sunrise Village for Equity Residential in Sunrise Florida.

Sunrise Village consists of 10 Residential Multi-Family buildings with 501 units, a clubhouse and eight detached garage structures. The Structural shells are Tunnel Form structures. Estimated Completion is August 2013.
