Current Builders is awarded The Residences at Lakehouse for the Graham Companies in Miami Lakes Florida.

The Residences at Lakehouse consist of 22 Residential 2-story multi-family apartment buildings with 270 units, a clubhouse and a maintenance building. The Structural shell consists of reinforced masonry and flat plate slabs. Estimated Completion is September 2012.
