Current Builders (CB) is committed to the success and increased adoption of sustainable construction practices throughout the industry.

As part of this effort, we train all new employees in the theory and practice of green building, emphasizing the LEED rating system. All CB project managers are LEED accredited through the USGBC. We believe green buildings are not only good for the environment – they also provide immediate and long-term economic benefits for developers, building owners and occupants.

CB is a leading builder of green buildings and has extensive experience across a wide variety of sustainable construction projects, enabling us to create a detailed database of cost-effective green materials, processes and suppliers to assist our clients. From our experience, the costs associated with these projects can be contained to a level comparable to traditionally constructed buildings. CB has under construction or completed over 10 LEED Certified projects achieving certifications ranging from Platinum to Silver.
