Overview
Uptown Boca is the most ambitious development constructed in western Boca Raton in the last two decades. The 38-acre site features a mixed-use program and includes seven towers with 456 (one to four bedroom) rental units, 156,000 square feet of retail space including a movie theater and two parking structures. The latest addition to Boca Raton’s thriving West Glades Road corridor, the Uptown Boca project is Current Builders’ third commission with the Rosemurgy team.
