Eric Seminara, Vice President of Construction/Director of West Coast Operations

Eric joined Current Builders in 2011 and was named a partner in 2019. He is a motivated individual who brings value and quality to the end user. He excels in a collaborative environment to solve daily issues and is well versed in sustainable construction practices including NGBS and LEED programs.

A graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction, Eric has a vast skill set in management that is perfectly paired with his extensive knowledge of various types of construction projects including tunnel form construction, tilt wall and steel erection. Eric leads the company’s West Coast operations where he works extensively with wood builds in collaboration with CB Wall Panels, a free-standing manufacturing complex located in Bradenton.

He is well-educated in various computer programs that streamline the document control and building information process, including Procore, AutoCAD, Revit, Google Sketch Up and Microsoft products.
