Charles P. Reid, CEO
Growth and continued success are byproducts of Vision. Chip Reid, CEO, is one of those rare individuals with the ability to clearly evaluate short-, mid-, and long-term goals of both clients and Current Builders. His unique ability to recognize client needs and market trends has directed Current Builders’ continued success for over 39 years. Chip continues to develop and implement new construction and management concepts and techniques in all areas of the industry, most recently through the implementation of a Virtual Design and Construction Department. Understanding the industry's move toward integrated projected delivery and true collaboration among all stakeholders, he has guided Current Builders toward these goals by incorporating Building Information Modeling on all of Current Builders' projects. Due to his distinguished service and outstanding contributions to the construction industry, the University of Florida's M.E. Rinker School of Construction Management honored Chip with his election into the University's Construction Hall of Fame. A leader and role model, Chip leads by example and motivates Current Builders’ team to go beyond the ordinary – with every project, every detail – every day.
