Current Builders has been operating for nearly 30 years and has constantly refined and guided the success driven management teams. Keeping all staff and employees in sync with the company direction and latest management processes has been integral in meeting corporate goals and providing employee satisfaction.

Our Corporate office in Pompano Beach includes a 2052 square foot classroom/auditorium facility with a fully mixed wireless surround sound audio/visual system. The auditorium is arranged with tables and chairs to service 100 participants while the stage is set up to comfortably accommodate four presenters.

Among other uses, this setting has been provided as a means to meet with various staff levels including field engineers and project managers. These meetings are often held to:

• Review and discuss the latest in safety and health
• Discuss employee or upper management suggestions for innovation
• Provide opportunity for advancement within the company through CBU (Current Builders University- a program developed to identify criteria required for promotion and growth while assisting employees in meeting these criteria.)
• Quarterly company meetings
• Visual presentations
• Department meetings
• Educational sessions
