Design Build

In its simplest definition, Design Build is the agreement between an owner and a single entity to perform both design and construction under a single point of accountability. For our clients (such as Edy's and Coca-Cola), this means complex projects become simplified processes. Clients gain knowledge of a firm price earlier in the project. In addition, the closely coordinated team effort enhances quality, allows for a shorter project delivery schedule, and facilitates the early purchase of long lead items.
