Chief Estimator
This individual will be responsible for the scope and quality of the estimating department's production. They will develop and administer dept. standards and procedures. They will be responsible for review of all final estimate packages to insure accuracy and completeness prior to final quotation and may function as estimator on certain projects.

This candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership skills including the ability to supervise a team of estimators. Minimum 10 years prior Lead Estimator/Estimator exp. is required. A strong understanding of concrete construction is required. A bachelor�s degree in construction, engineering or business is preferred. Proficiency in Excel and MS Word required. A background in bid invitation programs and the use of a digitizer is preferred.

Senior Estimator - Pompano Beach, FL
You would be estimating commercial, multi-family, condo, government/education, and assisted living facility projects throughout Florida. This position is located in the corporate office in Pompano Beach.

This individual will be part of a strong estimating team whose responsibilities include reviewing project drawings, specifications, attending pre-bid meetings, etc. to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate. He/she will generate bid questions for incorporation into an RFI and assist in the selection of subs for bid.

This candidate is required to have the capacity for in-depth plan reading and the ability to interpret project specifications. Must be able to assemble and manage an entire estimate. Minimum 5 years prior estimating experience is required. A bachelor's degree in construction or engineering is preferred. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel required. A background in BIDFAX and the use of a digitizer is preferred. Ability to develop strong relationships with subs and vendors required.
